About Holan

Readiness built on trust, verification and responsible delivery.

Holan Integrated Services Limited helps marine, offshore, energy and industrial clients bring the right people, parts, paper and land-side perimeter together before the operational window closes.

From authenticity to operational readiness

The Holan story

Holan began with a simple conviction: clients should not have to accept uncertainty about the people, products and processes on which their work depends.

In 2016, our founder encountered a troubling discussion about the scale of counterfeit products in Nigeria. With a professional background in procurement and logistics, he understood that the consequences went beyond financial loss. The wrong product, a substandard component or an unreliable supplier could interrupt operations, affect safety and weaken the confidence on which business relationships depend.

That concern became the foundation of Holan Integrated Services Limited in 2024. The company was created to help clients obtain authentic, suitable products through dependable sourcing and careful verification. From the beginning, the principle was clear: understand what the client genuinely needs, reduce the risk surrounding the requirement and remain accountable until it is delivered.

As Holan expands into the United Kingdom, that principle remains unchanged. The scope has grown because operational readiness depends on more than procurement. Marine and offshore projects also need competent people, complete documentation, coordinated vendors and a disciplined land-side perimeter.

Under Marine, Offshore & Technical Solutions, Holan now brings those responsibilities together through four connected services. We support the people, parts, paper and perimeter that help marine, offshore, energy and industrial work reach the start line.

Our direction

Mission and vision

Our mission

Our mission is to help marine, offshore, energy and industrial clients reach operational readiness with fewer avoidable delays, gaps and uncertainties.

We do this by understanding the requirement before proposing the response: checking the people, identifying the correct parts, organising the necessary documentation, coordinating the parties involved and supporting the UK land-side perimeter around the work.

Whatever the assignment, our purpose is to make the process clearer, more dependable and easier to control.

Our vision

Our vision is for Holan Integrated Services Limited to become a trusted mobilisation and operational support partner for the UK and for international projects served from the UK.

We want the Holan name to represent sound judgement, careful verification, open communication and dependable execution.

Our ambition is not to become the loudest company in the market. It is to build confidence through disciplined delivery and lasting working relationships, one properly managed requirement at a time.

What guides the work

Our core values

These principles shape how we check a requirement, communicate a risk and take responsibility for delivery.

  • Integrity

We represent our capabilities honestly, protect confidential information and identify when a proposed person, product or approach does not meet the requirement.

  • Reliability

We understand what an assignment depends on and manage the details consistently, because a small omission can create an expensive operational consequence.

  • Authenticity and quality

We look for evidence that a product, person or response is genuine, technically suitable and appropriate for the actual requirement.

  • Transparency

We communicate progress, outstanding information, risks and decisions clearly so clients can remain in control when conditions change.

  • Operational competence

We treat vessel type, operation, certification, documentation and client gates as working requirements rather than interchangeable keywords.

  • Accountability

We follow requirements through, coordinate the relevant parties and maintain visibility until the agreed scope is closed.

  • Respect for safety

We take the client's safety and compliance requirements seriously and prepare our people, sourcing and documentation accordingly.

  • Continuous improvement

We use structured checks, appropriate technology and lessons from completed work to improve visibility, consistency and decision-making.

Recognise the gap

Problems solved and solutions offered

A vessel, project or site can appear nearly ready while one unresolved detail still threatens the schedule. Holan helps identify and close those gaps before they become delays, rejected mobilisations or operational disruption.

When the certificate does not prove competence

An urgent personnel requirement can produce an inbox full of CVs without producing the right person. The officer must match the vessel type, Dynamic Positioning context and operation, while their certification, medical, offshore training, DP records and right-to-work status may all require checking.

Through Marine & Offshore Professional Services, Holan supports the provision and checking of personnel against the actual assignment. The objective is not another certificate in the inbox, but someone who can stand the required watch with paperwork ready for review.

When the part is useless without the paper

A damaged maker plate, incomplete RFQ or unsuitable alternative can lead to the wrong item being ordered. Even the correct component may be unusable if its class, material or type-approval documentation is missing.

Through Marine & Industrial Procurement, Holan helps identify the requirement, establish the supporting paper and coordinate UK and European sourcing for international projects: correct item, correct certificate and delivery aligned with the operational window.

When everyone is involved but nobody owns the gap

Mobilisation brings owners, charterers, vendors, contractors, personnel, ports and project teams together. Delays arise when essential information remains scattered between them and nobody can see the complete start line.

Through Technical & Project Support, Holan helps coordinate the people, equipment, documents, vendors and logistics around a working pre-mob pack, creating one clear point of contact from recap to on-hire.

When the land-side perimeter needs operational discipline

A yard, mobilisation site, commercial premises or event needs security personnel who hold the correct licence, understand the brief and respect the working environment around them.

Through Security Support Services, Holan supports UK clients with appropriately briefed, SIA-licensed personnel. This is UK land-side security, not armed maritime security, and all activities are provided in accordance with applicable UK licensing and regulatory requirements.

Trust is operational

Why we are trusted

Trust is built when the requirement is understood, the details are checked and responsibility remains visible from the first brief to the agreed outcome.

Requirement first

We understand the job before proposing the response

Before recommending a person, sourcing a component or coordinating a mobilisation, we work to understand the vessel, operation, site, schedule and supporting requirements.

That discipline helps prevent a familiar failure: delivering something that appears correct but does not fit the actual job.

Verification

We check rather than assume

Holan was founded on the belief that clients should not have to accept uncertainty about the products they receive. That same principle now applies across our UK services.

We review relevant personnel documents, product information and assignment requirements, and we raise uncertainties before they become operational failures.

Connected responsibility

We can see the gaps between people, parts and paper

Many failures occur between suppliers. A personnel provider assumes the mobilisation team checked the documents. A parts supplier assumes the buyer confirmed the certificate. A vendor assumes somebody else organised access to the quay.

Holan's connected model brings those responsibilities into the same operational view so the client has a clearer route to readiness.

Honest scope

We stay within what we can support

Credibility depends on accuracy. Holan does not present itself as a shipowner, classification society, certifying authority or armed maritime security provider.

We define the scope, work against the client's requirements and communicate where further confirmation or approval is needed. That is how trust is built: one properly managed requirement at a time.
