Olaniyi Oluwasegun Ishola – Founder

Olaniyi Oluwasegun Ishola is a maritime and offshore professional with over 13 years of industry experience and more than 2,580 days of recorded sea service.

Beginning his seagoing career in 2013, he has progressed through deck officer and Dynamic Positioning roles to Chief Officer/DPO, building extensive experience aboard specialist offshore vessels operating across West Africa, the United Kingdom and continental Europe.

His professional journey spans offshore support, platform supply, anchor handling, ROV and diving support, subsea construction, cable and pipe laying, survey operations, SBM maintenance, vessel commissioning and Dynamic Positioning trials. He has accumulated more than 2,300 days of sea service aboard DP vessels, with operational exposure across DP1, DP2 and DP3 vessels.

Olaniyi holds a UK MCA Chief Mate Unlimited Certificate of Competency, with Master less than 3,000 GT capacity, as well as a Nautical Institute DP Operator Offshore Unlimited Certificate and UK GMDSS General Operator's Certificate.

His academic and professional development includes an Advanced Diploma in Nautical Science from South Shields Marine School in the United Kingdom, an HND in Nautical Science from the Maritime Academy of Nigeria, and an Advanced Diploma in Logistics and Transport Management from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) UK. He is also a member of CILT Nigeria.

His experience at sea has given him first-hand knowledge of the importance of reliability, safety, competent personnel, quality equipment and timely technical and logistical support to successful marine and offshore operations.
